During the 2013 summer a large group of your neighbors installed a swing set at Baker Lake Park. It has three regular seats and one child seat. Stop by and see the improvements that have been made with your help.
In 2015 a professional horseshoe pit was installed by several generous neighbors for your enjoyment. Please be careful when others are around and replace the horseshoes when you are done. They are in a box on the electric panel.
The dock at Baker Lake Park has been rebuilt with pressure treated material for you enjoyment and safety. We had a contractor remove the old deck boards and install the new ones, but five members of the association worked for seven hours to remove and replace the supporting framework. These members (Jack Krueger, Doug Porter, Dan Gross, Andy Morris and Ron Segul saved us $1,000 in contract labor.
The 2017 July 4th Community Brunch was a great success with more than 130 attending. The food was wonderful and plentiful, followed by a parade and prizes for the best decorated child’s vehicle. It takes a lot of volunteers to coordinate, setup and cleanup, but it was worth it since everyone had a great morning. Check out the photos page for the brunch and fireworks taken by Doug Porter.
In 2016 Ron Pfizenmaier installed a set of steps on our dock to make it safer to enter and exit the water. Thanks Ron
